I design and create unique, hand-dyed products exclusively using natural dyes and traditional techniques. My designs draw from Mayan, Japanese, and contemporary sensibilities. My focus is to create pieces that invoke a feeling of groundedness through the colors of natural dyes, a sense of individuality through each unique design, and a connection with others through humor and humility. What I do is diametrically opposed to mass production — each garment requires an incredible amount of work and care. I use only natural dyes, and all my t-shirts are manufactured domestically.
